As my fitness journey continues running is always an activity that I enjoy. While I enjoy running outside with the warm sunshine on my face, winter forces me on a treadmill when I want to get my running fix. I’m still doing my T25 program, but on the weekends I can sleep in a little later and hit the gym for a good hour. I always do at least 20-30 minutes of cardio. I turn on my Nike Run Club app and go!
A co-worker of mine taught me a few tricks to running for extending time frames on the treadmill. It can get monotonous and boring running at one pace, so I adjust the incline and pace by the songs in my playlist. I enjoy a lot of Soca, Dancehall with a sprinkle of Hip-Hop and Pop.
